Q. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered.
Once the order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail. You will also be
able to track the gifts you send on the order status page.
Q. What if the recipient is not at home when the gifts are delivered?
We ask you to give correct phone number of the gift recipient. This is optional, but it helps us
to re-schedule the delivery for the next day if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery.
If the phone number is invalid or does not answer, we will contact you directly to get further
instructions.
Q. Do you deliver gifts outside of Colombo?
Yes, absolutely. Our delivery services covers 75% if the island including Kandy, Galle and Kurunegala. Kapruka has a trusted name in gift delivery in Sri Lanka. Each order goes through three quality checks before it reaches your recipient.
Q. Do you offer same day gift delivery in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Most popular items such as Flowers, Cakes and Food can be delivered in Sri Lanka on the same day. However, there are certain gift items that require you to place the order online at least 48 hours prior to the delivery.
Q. What if I need to make last minute changes to the order I placed online at Kapruka?
