Yes.
Our florists receive fresh cut flowers every morning.
The flowers will be wrapped and delivered as shown
in these pictures.
What
is the earliest that my orders can be delivered
in Sri Lanka ?
You need to place the order at least one day prior
to the delivery date.
Is
the delivery guaranteed in Sri Lanka ?
Yes absolutely. You will get a confirmation e-mail
right after you place the order. Within 24 hours
of the delivery in Sri Lanka, you will get the final
confirmation e-mail confirming the delivery. You
may check the status of your order at our order
status page.
What
if we can not find your recipient's address?
We encourage you to enter the phone number of the
recipient. If the address is too difficult to find
we will contact the recipient to get directions.
We always try not to spoil the surprise.
How
secure is Kapruka online credit card processor?
All credit card transactions at Kapruka go through
VeriSign. VeriSign owns more than half of the market
share in all major e-commerce payment solutions.
Your personal information and credit card numbers
are never stored at Kapruka. They are discarded
right after your transaction is complete.
Can
I add special delivery instructions?
Yes. Below the delivery date field, there is a text
box to enter your special instructions. The delivery
crew will read them and try their best to follow
your instructions.
Can
I place an order for X number of Roses or Gerberas?
Yes. You could make a custom rose arrangement. Click
on the link at the bottom of the main page named
'Create
your own rose arrangement'.
The
City I want is not listed.
Try to pick the nearest listed city to your address.
If you would like to make a special arrangement,
write to flowerorders@kapruka.com at least 3
days prior to the delivery date. Our delivery area
covers 90% of the Island.
